Service and API credentials

WebChange provides API-first website change detection. Customers are responsible for protecting API keys and webhook signing secrets and for activity performed with their credentials.

Subscription and payment

Paid access is provided under the selected subscription and plan limits. Checkout is handled by a hosted payment provider.

Acceptable use and customer responsibilities

Customers must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, monitor only authorized targets, and configure watches and destinations safely.

Availability

The service is provided without an uptime SLA. Maintenance, failures, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

WebChange may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
